stuffed mushrooms

does anybody even read this thing anymore?! i never post. but i started it mostly for myself and i will say it has already come in handy a few times as i've misplaced some recipes. well, these mushrooms are so delish, there is really no other word for it. i made them for a party last week and they were definitely a hit, i even had a few guys at the party asking for the recipe... when does that ever happen?

stuffed mushrooms

cream cheese

mild italian sausage

mushrooms

basically you just cook the sausage and mix it with the cream cheese. i don't think you can mess it up really... depending if you want more sausage or more cream cheese. i probably did the same amount of each. pull the stems out of the mushrooms and fill with the sausage mixture. bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
