a friend gave me a huge box of raspberries, here is what i made with them:

*these amazing little raspberry cobblers from the pioneer woman. i made them last night and they were awesome. i wish i could have had an impromptu dessert party, but there were only 12 and chris ate like 3 or 4 himself. luckily a friend stopped by and i sent her home with some, or else i'm afraid i would have eaten most of them! so delicious with vanilla ice cream on top.
*12 jars of raspberry jam. the thing i most wanted to share with you is this no cook fruit pectin for making freezer jam. it's awesome. no stove top cooking involved. plus the recipe only uses 1-1/2 cups of sugar to 4 cups berries and still get about 6-8 oz. jars.
